Chardonnay, originally from France, has been grown in South Tyrol for over 100 years. The vines that grow on warm soils around Bolzano, give life to an elegant wine with a well-balanced acidity and aromas exotic.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Chardonnay Production area: hot and dry soils in the surroundings of Bolzano between 350 and 500 m a.s.l. Harvest: mid to late September Vinification: soft pressing of the selected grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks for maintain the freshness of the wine. Colour: light straw yellow with reflections gilded. Bouquet: exotic notes of pineapple, mango and melon. Taste: elegant, fresh and balanced acidity. Pairing: perfect wine for an aperitif, paired with appetizers, fish, light or vegetarian dishes Serving temperature: 10-12° C Alcohol: 13% vol.

Tipicità e carattere sono le peculiarità e il segno distintivo dei vini della Kellerei Bozen.Freschezza, aroma e gusto fruttato sono le caratteristiche particolari dei bianchi come Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Gewürztraminer, Müller Thurgau e Sylvaner. Altrettanto convincenti sono i vini rossi S. Maddalena, il Pinot Nero, il Lagrein, il Merlot e il Cabernet, che si contraddistinguono per il loro carattere nobile, la loro complessità e pienezza. L’elevato numero di vitigni e tenute consentono a questa cantina di offrire un vasto assortimento di eccellenti vini di qualità.
