Silvaner has been grown for over 200 years in the warmest and most ventilated areas
of South Tyrol such as the Isarco Valley and the Ritten area. The Silvaner is a
fresh, fruity and elegant wine.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Silvaner Production area: warm and breezy slopes of the Isarco Valley and the Ritten between 500 and 650 m a.s.l. Harvest: from late September to early October. Vinification: soft pressing of the selected grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks for maintain the freshness of the wine. Colour: light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: fruity melon, peach and green apple. Taste: fruity, dry, fresh and pleasantly aromatic. Pairing: as an aperitif, with light appetizers, asparagus, wine cream and fish soups Serving temperature: 10-12° C Alcohol: 13% vol.
