Kellerei Bozen 3 bottles - Pinot Bianco DOC 2021

Pinot Blanc, although not an autochthonous white grape variety, is still typical of South Tyrol. This elegant wine comes from selected vineyards in the surroundings of Bolzano. It convinces with its taste pleasant and refreshing and consistent acidity.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Pinot Blanc Production area: vineyards selected by the oenologist in the surroundings of Bolzano, characterized by great temperature variations between the day and the night. Harvest: from early to mid-September. Vinification: after pressing, the must ferments and ages in steel tanks. Colour: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: fruity with hints of yellow apple, pear, peach and hints of pineapple. Taste: fresh and with a pleasant finish. Pairing: as an aperitif, with asparagus, fish and shellfish dishes such as seafood spaghetti, vegetarian dishes. Serving temperature: 11-13° C Alcohol: 13% vol.

Tipicità e carattere sono le peculiarità e il segno distintivo dei vini della Kellerei Bozen.Freschezza, aroma e gusto fruttato sono le caratteristiche particolari dei bianchi come Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Gewürztraminer, Müller Thurgau e Sylvaner. Altrettanto convincenti sono i vini rossi S. Maddalena, il Pinot Nero, il Lagrein, il Merlot e il Cabernet, che si contraddistinguono per il loro carattere nobile, la loro complessità e pienezza. L’elevato numero di vitigni e tenute consentono a questa cantina di offrire un vasto assortimento di eccellenti vini di qualità.
