Il Gaggiolino Brewery was born in 2015 in Gaggio Montano in the province of Bologna. In this land Rita and Vincenzo have learned to know and appreciate the genuine flavors of the territory, combining them with their passion for the production of beer, born in their Sicily. The beers testify to the knowledge and innovative philosophy of master Vincenzo: in his renovated and always avant-garde laboratory in Gaggio Montano, Vincenzo skilfully combines totally natural ingredients, guaranteeing excellence and quality. A perfect combination of tradition of flavors and the innovation of production techniques, always attentive to the satisfaction of the most demanding consumers in the beer world.
