This 2016 opens up on an aromatic and floral note that combines the sweetness of white flowers with the subtility of jasmine. The minerality of Rully is the predominant note in the mouth. The fineness and the final iodine note make it perfect in combination with appetizers and fish dishes. It is a long-lived wine, which can be appreciated even after a few years.
