SPAGHETTI - STRINGOZZI - TAGLIATELLE: Versate il tartufo in una padella insieme ad abbondante olio di oliva, uno spicchio d’aglio e un pizzico di sale. Fate soffriggere per alcuni minuti. A cottura ultimata, scolate la pasta e saltatela in padella insieme alla salsa ottenuta. ROAST - BEEF O PESCE LESSO: Fate soffriggere il tartufo in una padella per alcuni minuti con olio di oliva, uno spicchio d’aglio e un pizzico di sale. Utilizzate la salsa precedentemente ottenuta per condire la carne o il pesce precedentemente cotti.
