Alice Onions are very tasty and tasty, because they are left unchanged all the typical flavors of Tropea onion and leaving the right crispness! We use only Red Onions of Tropea Calabria I.G.P. the authentic ones guaranteed by the Consortium and with the I.G.P. mark, worked strictly by hand!
Enjoy them paired with cold cuts, such as salami or ham, or try them on fresh fish as on tuna tartare or on cooked like a baked sea bass. They are also excellent as a condiment for salads and bruschetta or accompanied with good fresh and aged cheeses such as burrata and grana!
