In our LE ROSSE estate in Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, we also wanted to experiment with particular clones of non-native vines. Among these is the Pinot Grigio which finds the best soil here: mixed gravel, alluvial. Severe pruning and a dense plant, with extremely low yields, allow us to obtain a grape of particular richness.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 75 cl Vines: 100% Pinot Grigio. Vineyard: LE ROSSE vineyard in S.Ambrogio di Valpolicella. Alcohol content: 12% Vol. Aging: 5 months in stainless steel barrels. Tasting notes: characteristic lunar yellow color, the aroma is fine and delicately fruity, complete and balanced, with hints of apple. Pairings: appetizers, first courses and delicate fish dishes. Serving temperature: 10-12°C
