The Gewürztraminer unleashes all the charm of South Tyrol in its harmonious shades of bright yellow. The characteristics of this vine are reflected in its intense aromatic bouquet, which ranges from notes of rose petals to flowers and spices. In the mouth it releases all its finesse with a fresh body, harmonious elegance and intense finish.

Grape variety: 100% Gewürztraminer Vinification: Before fermentation, a 6-hour maceration takes place on the skins. The grapes are then softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. The wine is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20° C. The wine then ages for a few months on its lees in stainless steel containers. Alcohol content: 14% Vol. Aging: 2-5 years
