Pinot Bianco "Kristallberg" shows a great mineral and freshness, combined with intense fruity aromas. The soft and harmonious structure is expressed on the palate with a strong personality and a long finish. Pinot Bianco "Kristallberg" impresses with its elegance, strength and great presence.
Packaging: 6 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: 100% Pinot Blanc Kristallberg Pinot Bianco is the maximum expression of minerality and depth and draws its origin from Dolomite rocks and formations porphyritic. The influence of the cool alpine temperatures at night and the intense Mediterranean insoles give Pinot Blanc a thousand perceptible facets and find in this extraordinary scenario their ideal terroir . Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, with subsequent static decantation of the must. Fermentation in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of about 20°C. 15% of the must ferments and ages in French barriques for 5 months. After the racking at the end of fermentation, the wine remains on the lees for a long time. Before bottling, the assembly takes place. Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol. Aging: 3-6 years
