This Gavi wine is produced with pure Cortese grapes in the municipality of Gavi. The soil, the microclimate of the production area and the proximity of the winds from the sea contribute significantly to the sensory characteristics of this wine. The great difference in temperature between night and day that characterizes the last stage of grape ripening intensifies the typical aromas and organoleptic characteristics of this product.
The color is a beautiful bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, pleasant and delicate aroma with hints of fresh fruit and white flowers, as well as citrus and bitter almond notes. The taste is dry and full, pleasantly savory, harmonious, sophisticated and refined.

La Toledana is a family owned farm Martini, located in Gavi, an area chosen for the production of Gavi, the largest white wine from Piedmont. The company takes its name from the historic villa that dominates its estate of courteous vineyards. The production of La Toledana is exclusively by Gavi, declined in all the variants that the mastery of the company's winemakers can create.
