Crystalline and shiny, with straw-green hue, the movement reveals agility and texture. At the first nose reveals elegant citrus and vegetable hints, then a strong minerality is progressively alongside sweet shades of vanilla. The sip is definitely full and enveloping, first citrus freshness and balanced flavor, then slowly the wine widens highlighting a solid structure and well carved in enveloping roundness.

There is a place, Nervesa della Battaglia, on the Montello hill, in the province of Treviso, which is located in Veneto, Italy, a country of vines and wine. There are vineyards that are cultivated according to a compatible and intelligent agriculture. There is research in the countryside that is going to cancel chemistry, simply by inducing the plant to use its natural defenses, which is why it is called Free Wine. There's more to the bottle too: many important prizes given by the most prestigious Italian guides, including for the 20th time the Three Glasses awarded by the Gambero Rosso Guide.
