It fascinates for its fragrance and intensity of aromas, for the notes of fruit, for the persistent and aromatic flavor. Eclisse is a wise and elegant cuvée, the maximum expression of local white wines. The harvest takes place on the hills between Tarcento and Attimis, where the yield per hectare is very low to the advantage of superior quality. Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grapes: Sauvignon, Picolit Color: intense straw yellow. Perfume: an intoxicating marriage between the elegant aroma of Sauvignon and the complex richness of the Picolit fruit; green notes, hints of wild flowers and white-fleshed fruit, such as peach, is mix in a persuasive aulence. Taste: freshness and minerality are accompanied by a good softness, in a harmonious body, of great depth and persistence. Pairings: Molluscs and fish, both raw and steamed.

The Roncaia was founded in 1998 thanks to the acquisition by the Fantinel family of a winery, based in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, which already had more than 30 years of activity behind it ; winemaking. This was the starting point of a new project, that of creating a winery boutique capable of producing wines of the highest quality. Nine exciting taste experiments, the offspring of a very specific attitude: to enhance the uniqueness of the terroir of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, through the selection of a few vines interpreted with authenticity and style, always striving for the best. A philosophy initially coined by the Hungarian winemaker Tibor Gal and carried out by a passionate technical team, now led by the young Friulian Gabriele Tami. This is La Roncaia: a real “jewel cellar” that through the research and use of peculiar techniques of vinification and aging, it is characterized by an iconic production, of the highest quality, awarded the most coveted international awards.
