160 hectares of vineyards owned, 4 cellars, 17 wines produced, 150 employees in the vineyard, cellar and office, 5,000 customers among wine shops and restaurants in Italy, 60 export countries. The territory and the people have always been the guiding values of Ceretto: the enhancement of the typicality of the Langhe and its wines and the involvement of human resources that work in the company have always been the common thread of the company philosophy. Our vineyards are conducted in organic farming, which avoids the excessive exploitation of natural resources, continuously analyzed and monitored according to a sustainable development model that can last over time, in full respect of man and nature. The organic management, and in some cases biodynamic, was strongly desired and implemented by Alessandro Ceretto, who in 2010 decided to embark on this journey and who led our wines to obtain the Certification with the 2015 harvest.
Estimated between Friday 3 May and Monday 6 May.
