“The Other” is our youngest and freshest version of Chardonnay that was added, a few years later, to the “Piodilei”. Afterwards, “The Other” evolved with a small addition of Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh, fruity, spicy, slightly vanilla notes with good minerality.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt Grapes: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc in a small part. Vineyards: From the vineyards owned by our family to Treiso (Cascina Il Bricco) in the Barbaresco area, to Trezzo Tinella (Bossania) and Monforte d'Alba (Mosconi) in the Barolo area. Vinification: In steel at a controlled temperature. Aging: Sauvignon in steel. Chardonnay in barriques for a short period of time.
