Confezione: 3 bottiglie da 0,75 lt Vitigno: Sauvignon in purezza. Allevamento: Guyot Terreno: Sassoso, tipico delle Grave del Friuli. Vendemmia: Seconda quindicina di settembre. Vinificazione: In bianco, cioè mediante separazione del mosto dalle bucce con spremitura soffice. Fermentazione a temperatura controllata a 18 °C per favorire lo sviluppo e la conservazione dei profumi originari. Gradazione alcolica: 12,5% Vol. Acidità totale: 6,1 g/l Zuccheri riduttori: 3,5 g/l Estratto secco netto: 21,0 g/l Affinamento: In bottiglia Temperatura di servizio: 8-10° C Abbinamenti: Vino da aperitivo e da antipasti al prosciutto, da pesce nobile (aragosta, astice, scampi, salmone), da pesci salsati, creme e minestre delicate.
