Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape: 100% Pinot Grigio Wine classification: DOC Venezia Cultivation method: Guyot with 6,500 strains per hectare and Sylvoz with 3,000 vines per hectare. Fermentation: with selected yeasts and fermentation temperature control from 16 to 18 °C. Aging: in stainless steel tanks on its lees for 6 months. Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C
