Gewürztraminer is an aromatic vine of Alsatian origin, grown for many years in some microzones of the Pressano hills, where soils rich in clay, well meet the nutritional needs of grape. The Gewürztraminer Portraits has a bright yellow color, the nose has an intense, characteristic aroma, with floral notes and on the palate it is full, fine, with a singular flavor.

Training system: traditional: simple Trentino pergola Planting density: 4,500 vines/ha Vinification: manual harvest in the third decade of September, soft pressing in the atmosphere controlled, static decantation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on lysis for about 6/7 months, 85% in stainless steel and 15% in barriques second and third steps, before bottling.
