Rhine Riesling, a vine native to the Rhine Valley, has been cultivated for decades in the vineyards of the Cembra Valley. On the sloping soils facing south, the grapes, illuminated by the sun, synthesize aromas, which the important temperature excursions of the Alpine valleys preserve. The Riesling Portraits has a straw yellow color tending to greenish and a delicate aroma with characteristic aromas of candied fruit and carob. The taste is savory, fruity and pleasantly acidic.

Soil composition: sandy, deep, well drained Training system: Guyot Planting density: 5,500 strains/ha Wine making: manual harvesting in the third decade of September, soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, static decantation of musts, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on lyses for about 9 months, before bottling. Food matches: Fish appetizers such as smoked salmon but also herb omelette or cuttlefish with a side of vegetables.
