Package with three mixed bottles, to taste three different wines from the Livio Felluga Winery.  

ILLIVIO DOC 2018 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Created in 1998 by the children of Livio Felluga and dedicated to him for his 85th birthday, Illivio expresses the personality of the” Patriarch”, combining strength and elegance.
Grape variety: Pinot Blanc - Chardonnay - Picolit
Vinification: The grapes are gently de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short time.
Subsequently, it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must thus obtained ferments at a controlled temperature in small French oak barrels where it ages for ten months.
Aging: At the end of fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees in small oak barrels for a period of about ten months. The bottled wine was then aged in thermo-conditioned rooms.
Colour: intense straw yellow.
Bouquet: penetrating, beautifully fused sweet and citrus tones; acacia flowers, lemon peel, yellow peach pulp, candied cedar, white musk, tamarind; slight hints of white chocolate and pepper .
Taste: remarkable and satisfying taste impact, harmonious. Notes of lemon tart and vanilla pods are combined with pleasant savory and creamy sensations.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Pairings: Particularly suitable for fish dishes, risottos and fresh cheeses.

wine with an intense straw yellow color, characterized by an elegant and refined bouquet; characterized by a delicate intertwining of fruity scents including medlar, quince, aromatic herbs and spices such as mint, rosemary, anise, pink pepper, coriander, nutmeg and floral hints of oleander and almond. The taste is lively, with a pleasant flavor; lime, bergamot; pleasant closure of crème caramel and hazelnut grains.
Grape variety: Friulano - Pinot Blanc - Sauvignon - Malvasia - Ribolla Gialla
Vinification: The grapes, delicately destemmed, after a suitable cold maceration, were subjected to a soft pressing. The must was clarified by simple decantation and then left for fermentation in stainless steel containers with the inoculation of selected yeasts in Friuli. After three days, the wine was racked into oak barrels where it completed the alcoholic and then malolactic fermentation.
Aging: The wine matured in oak barrels, where the yeast lysis took place. In July 2013 it was bottled. The development of tertiary aromas will be completed in the years to come.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Pairings: Shellfish, oysters, fish caviar, muslins, algae and other brackish flavors; it also goes perfectly with vegetables and light meats, with delicate even if rich seasonings.

Terre Alte was founded in 1981 and is considered one of the most prestigious Italian white wines. The harmonious blend of Friulano, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon grapes, grown in Rosazzo in the historic vineyards of the Terre Alte, creates an elegant and rich wine, with intense fruity and floral aromas. It is a wine of great structure and with aging it acquires a tertiary evolution of considerable complexity.Awards:
