“Saint-Émilion is one of the most renowned terroirs in Bordeaux and France. Here the soils are clayey-sandy-limestone in nature and the vineyards are located in a wonderful landscape, in the heart of the appellation, a short distance from the 3 historic churches of Saint-Émilion. From their bells, which marked not only noon and evening but also days and work in the fields, was born the name of this Château and its characteristic label.
The varieties grown are the classic and characteristic of the area and are divided into cabernet franc and merlot, with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, with yields below 40 quintals to enhance the quality of the bunch and the characteristics of the varietal.
In the vineyard we work with rigor, carefully selecting the grapes and enhancing in particular the cabernet franc and its aromas, which lead back to the territory and the southern coast of Saint-Émilion.
From here are born wines of high quality, great intensity and territorial fidelity, rich in personality and elegance, which delight the palate for depth and balance, in a succession of vintages always different but always excellent.
