The paddy rice used undergoes a soft processing (handmade stone pilation) that guarantees a light smearing of the grain, which keeps the nutrients present on the outside, responsible the taste and the tightness of cooking rice. The processing in individual production batches and the vacuum storage guarantee the storage of lots always very fresh and homogeneous. The production is also strictly selected for the color, purity and size of the grains.
