Effervescenza Sferica. Prodotto utilizzando solo il primo fiore della pigiatura, una parte preponderante del vino di base fermenta in barrique e prosegue per 44 mesi a contatto con i lieviti. E` un Franciacorta sui generis, davvero fuori dagli schemi.
Armonico, cremoso ed elegante. E` un vino capace di raggiungere un equilibrio unico che ha il potere di creare sensazioni inebrianti.

Affinamento sui lieviti: almeno 44 mesi Caratteristiche organolettiche: Paglierino ottimamente lucente, l’oro fa capolino scintillando nel calice; il profumo sprigiona potenza, frutta esotica, agrumi canditi, la delicata tostatura apportata dal legno; vino di grande energia e potenza, comincia a manifestare il burro ammorbidito, il croissant e una delicata sfumatura tostata. Al palato e` ricco, sferico, con effervescenza perfettamente fusa con le altre componenti, ha ottima lunghezza, finisce elegante e fine, ricordando appena le note fumose e appena torbate percepite al naso; vino appagante che non perde in scorrevolezza. Abbinamenti: Bevuto su piatti nobili della cucina di mare e non solo, puo` permettersi di accompagnare primi piatti con sughi ricchi. Non esagerare con le basse temperature, e` vino che danza nel calice e si apre nel tempo. Tagliolini con sugo di mare. Guazzetto di aragosta.
