of 750 gr Ingredients: '0' type soft wheat flour, 22% Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. cream (glucose syrup, sucrose, water, Valdobbiadene prosecco 10% d.o.c.g., dextrose, whole milk powder, sweetened egg yolk, ethyl alcohol, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavor), butter, sugar, egg yolk cat. A, sourdough sourdough 5% (Wheat), Valdobbiadene prosecco superiore d.o.c.g. 2%, honey, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, malted wheat flour, milk proteins, flavorings natural citrus fruits, vanilla extract from Madagascar berries.
Alcohol present in the finished product: 0.7%
