From the ancient recipe of Panettone Milanese, the Christmas dessert for antonomasia: 36 hours of leavening, honey, the sweet Australian raisins and the candied citrus fruit from fresh zest.

Ingredients: soft wheat flour type '0', Australian raisins 13%, butter, sugar, egg yolk cat. A, natural sourdough yeast 6% (wheat), candied cedar zest 3.5% (cedar, glucose syrup, sugar), fresh candied orange scorzone 3.5% (fresh orange scorzone, sucrose, syrup glucose, acidity regulator: citric acid), honey, eggs cat. A, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, malted wheat flour, milk protein, natural flavors of citrus and vanilla from berries, preservative: sorbic acid.
May contain soy.
Shelf life: 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and direct light.
