Packaging: 1 kg PanettoneIngredients: soft wheat flour type '0', sultanas 16%, butter, sugar, egg yolk cat. A, 6% natural yeast, 4% candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), invert sugar syrup, cat. A, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, malted wheat flour, milk proteins, natural aromas of citrus and vanilla from berries, preservative: sorbic acid.
May contain soy.Appearance: produced with a typical “domed” shape, regular, characterized by a homogeneous leavening.Colour: the surface has an intense and homogeneous gilding, free of burns. The paste is a homogeneous yellow color.Smell: typical of a recently mouded product.Taste: sweet and fragrant.Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production.
