Alta Langa Metodo Classico Rosé with a pink color, with fine and very persistent perlage, an intense and enveloping bouquet with hints of red currant and rose hips. The taste is deep and elegant with good minerality.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0,75 lt with 2 glasses
Grape varieties: Pinot Noir
Vinification: the grapes harvested by hand undergo a first cold maceration and then sufficently pressed. The must obtained is fermented in steel, then the fermentation proceeds to the Liquer de Tirage bottle according to the “Classic Method” with a stay on the lees of at least 30 months.
Remuage: Traditional, Pupitre dégorgement and Liquer d'expèdition Pas Dosè
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Serving Temperature: 6-8°C. It is good standard to cool the bottle gradually without sudden temperature changes.
Recommended glass: The tall glass is the most suitable glass to achieve an excellent development of perlage.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, with fish, white meats and goat cheeses.
