Alta Langa Classic Method Rosé with a cypre pink color, with fine and very persistent perlage, an intense and enveloping bouquet with hints of red currant and dog rose. The taste is deep and elegant with a good minerality.

Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt + FREE Sabrage Card
Grapes: Pinot Noir
Vinification: the grapes harvested by hand undergo a first cold skin maceration and then sufficiently pressed. The must obtained is fermented in steel, then the refermentation in the Liquer de Tirage bottle is carried out according to the “Classic Method” with a stay on the lees of at least 30 months.
Remuage: Traditional, Pupitre dégorgement and Liquer d'expèdition Pas Dosè
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C. It is good practice to cool the bottle gradually without the bottle experiencing sudden changes in temperature.
Recommended glass: the tall glass is the most suitable glass to obtain an excellent development of the perlage.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, with fish, white meats and goat cheeses.
