Alta Langa Classic Method with a straw yellow color, with fine and very persistent perlage, a floral bouquet with hints of linden, honey and ripe citrus fruit. Deep and elegant taste with good minerality.

Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt + FREE Sabrage Card
Grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Winemaking: grapes harvested by hand and then softly pressed. The must obtained is fermented in steel, and then the Liquer de Tirage bottle refermentation is carried out according to the “Classic Method” with a stay on the lees of at least 36 months.
Remuage: Traditional, Pupitre
dégorgement Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Serving temperature: 6-8° C
Recommended glass: the tall glass is the most suitable glass to obtain an excellent development of perlage.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, with fish or white meats.
