The anchovies that Consorcio prepares start from a preliminary selection of anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea. Fishing takes place in spring when the anchovies approach the coast to spawn. Once they arrive at the port they are selected on the basis of freshness and size.Product expiration date: 03/23/2023
