Produced from the finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the Trento D.O.C. classic zone, it reflects with its elegance the unique characteristics of its territory of origin and constitutes the ideal expression of the highest sparkling wine tradition. Sparkling wine with an elegant bouquet and precious and full flavors, perfectly able to support the whole meal with great pleasure.

Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt Production area: Masi di Pressano Valle di Cembra, Hills of Trento and Valsugana. Grapes: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir. Exposure and altitude: South, South-East; 300-500 m a.s.l. Soil composition: structured, clayey, deep, rich in skeleton (stones). Training system: Guyot, simple Trentino pergola. Planting density: 5,000 vines/ha Vinification: Manual harvesting in the first ten days of September, soft pressing of whole grapes, static decantation of musts, fermentation at temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks aging on lysis for about 6 months, refermentation in the bottle, 48 months of stay on the lees.
