The important temperature range between day and night and correct sunlight contribute to concentrating the typical and refined fruity aromas in the bunches. The sandy, deep, porphyry soil gives it an enviable flavor and a minerality long-lasting. The manual harvest, the transfer into small containers, the soft pressing and the precision sought in every phase of production allow us to obtain a unique product, characterized by the balance and innate taste harmony typical of Trentodoc classic method sparkling wines. Fine on the nose and rich on the palate, it represents one of the best results that wine-growing Trentino has to offer.
