Our Decaffeinated coffee blends are treated with one of the most modern, ecological and natural methods possible. The coffee is completely decaffeinated with water to extract caffeine from the useful principles, keeping the taste of coffee unchanged, one of the most advanced methods possible in this sector. This process can last several hours and takes place for several times in order to allow the bean not to lose its nutritional principles and remain constant and unchanged in taste and aroma, but by letting out This results in caffeine from every coffee bean.
Characteristics and Roasting Method:
Decaffeinated coffee beans are roasted according to a normal roasting technique that requires cooking at 240° for about 20 minutes. Thanks to the water decaffeination, the roasting does not require any changes and can be carried out with normal cooking methods that allow the coffee to maintain the taste and aroma of the coffee in pods Express. After roasting, the beans rest in silos for 5/6 days and then packaged in 44 mm ESE pods perfectly compatible with any pod coffee machine.
