For this blonde beer with an unmistakable flavor, different varieties of spring couplet barley malt were used (Pilsner, Vienna , Caramel Light) and 10 types of hops including Perle (Germany), Tradition (Germany), Saaz (Czech Republic). The low fermentation method, its white and permanent foam, its dry flavor and pleasantly rounded by the bitterness of the finest hops, make this beer a product for great connoisseurs. That's why Viola is not a beer like many others, but a unique and unmistakable beer.

Viola numerotre is a double malt blonde refermented in the bottle of an intense yellow color, slightly amber, obtained using traditional German hops, and the American Cascade, which make the bitterness of numertre balanced and intense.
Features: The use of barley malts (Pilsner, Vienna, Caramel Light) gives the beer notes of cereals and malt, while the intense floral and exotic fruit aroma is enhanced by dry hopping technique. The second fermentation in the bottle guarantees the second fermentation, which is white and compact, and also the evolution of aromas and taste over time.
