Il sugo all'ortolana viene fatto facendo cuocere lentamente cipolle, carote, sedano e aglio tritati in olio extravergine di oliva e aggiungendo polpa e passata di pomodoro con le 3 verdure biologiche di stagione (Zucchine, Melanzane, Peperoni), con l'aggiunta di prezzemolo ed origano per ottenere quel sapore fresco ed autentico di un sugo fatto in casa.Senza conservanti e zuccheri aggiunti.
