The name of this wine was chosen because because of pure joke of fate, it corresponds to the date of harvest of the grapes but also to the same day when, years ago, the father of the owners of Bel Sit came to miss ; this date represents a moment of the beginning of a new adventure and they wanted to remember it in this way and in this wine.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0,75 lt
Grape varieties: Freisa, Barbera
Production area: owned company vineyards located in Castagnole delle Lanze; plant year 2013
Vinification: it is produced in part for direct pressing of Freisa grapes and partly for bloodletting of the winemaking of the best Barbera grapes; the alcoholic fermentation is conducted at a controlled temperature of 14/15°C until complete depletion of sugars; follows static decanting and stabilization during the winter; bottling is carried out in the first spring following the harvest in white burgundy bottle of 0 .75 liters.
Color: intense coral pink with bright salmon/blond onion reflections
Perfume: characterized by fresh aromas of berries and rosehip, offers an unusual olfactory depth for a rosé, with fresh vegetable and mineral-rusty
cues Taste: very intense fresh fruit, offers a sliding mouth, fresh and well balanced by a slight memory of tannic, noble brand of the grape variety, which gives this wine a very long, persistent and harmonious palate
Alcohol content: 12,5% Vol.

The Bel Sit company was founded in 1870 and for 6 generations it belonged to the Rivella family.
Since spring 2019 it has belonged to Andrea and Gianpiero Scavino who have taken over its ownership but also the passion and techniques of production.
Andrea and Gianpiero have been producers since 1996. The Bel Sit company is located halfway on an amphitheater-shaped hill facing south-west, which from the municipality of Castagnole delle Lanze overlooks the Langhe. In this company in the 1960s, the production was born of Barbera that bore the name of the municipality “Barbera di Castagnole delle Lanze”.
The perfect exposure allows to obtain complete maturation and consequently particularly complex but still fine and elegant wines.
