CHOCOLATE SALAMI - 1 pack of 150 gr
From the grandmothers' recipes, we produce a slightly revised and correct chocolate salami. 53% dark chocolate to which we add hazelnut, hazelnut and chopped almond paste, acacia honey and icing sugar. The hazelnuts used in our processes are all from Piedmont and are TGT. Honeys are always of Italian origin.

Apicoltura Primitivo was founded in 1983 in Bagno di Romagna Terme. Bagno di Romagna is a place of waters, history and forests, located in the National Park of the Casentino Forests, where there is a nature reserve inserted on July 7, 2017 by UNESCO in the World Heritage Site. The founder of Beekeeping was Romualdo Rossi, a farmer and beekeeper along with his father. This great wisdom and activity that was then handed down and entrusted to his son Emiliano Rossi.  Emiliano becomes the soul of Primitive Beekeeping. In addition to producing liqueurs, mother tinctures, honey and chocolate, it aimed to create artisan supplements, natural and innovative that could give the maximum mental and physical well-being, starting from the products of the hive. It was Emiliano with the constant support of his wife Maria Felici who designed the famous supplements of Apicoltura Primitivo. The mission is to recover those ancient values and working methodologies that have made man able to feel in harmony with Nature. .
