The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve "Vigna Castel Ringberg" presents itself with strong shades of intense garnet red. Its rich bouquet ranges from toasted and lightly smoked aromas to bitter chocolate, to the ripe notes of wild berries and wild musk. On the palate it reveals all its great potential formed by full-bodied tannins, with a very thick and concentrated structure that blends into a long and persistent finish.

Packaging: 6 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Production area: “Vigna Castel Ringberg” crù vineyard located above Lake Caldaro, in the Castel Ringberg farm, at 350 m above sea level exposure of the vineyard towards the south-east. Medium-textured detrital soil with clayey and sandy components of interglacial residues. Vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks with 10 days maceration on the pomace and subsequent malolactic fermentation in cask. Aged for 18 months in French wooden barrels. After the assembly, long aging in the bottle. Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol. Aging: 6-10 years
