Durer Weg 3 bottles - Pinot Noir Sudtirol DOC 2020

Pinot Noir, a grape variety present in South Tyrol since the mid-nineteenth century, found on the orographic left bank of the Adige Valley, in particular, in the hills of Egna, Montagna and Salorno, the ideal habitat. The loose, mixed soils (porphyry and dolomite), and the strong temperature changes between day and night that characterize the ripening phase, give the grapes body and aroma. Pinot Noir Dürer-Weg is a ruby red wine, with a scent of cherry and small berries, which presents a crisp and silky tannin on the palate.

Training system: traditional, simple pergola Planting density: 5,000 vines/ha Vinification: manual harvest in the first ten days of October, fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, aging in barriques for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
