Il Molino follows an exclusively organic cultivation, only the olives produced in the land of its own agrave; they are pressed in the company's oil mill. On the farm about 40 hectares are dedicated to the olive grove. In the mill and in the company laboratory we transform the fruits of our land into organic products, an authentic expression of the flavors of the Tuscia territory.
