You can practice physical activity, even if you don't have enough time or space outside.
Operation
Connect to the appropriate power supply, place the magnetic emergency device on the control panel and press the power button on the back bottom of the machine. (Behind the Ribbon Base)
The display lights up, 5 beeps will be output and the following symbols will appear on the screen:
Press the power key on the control panel.
The initial speed value is 1 and can be changed by adding or subtracting 0.1 to a minimum of 0 km/h or a maximum of 10 km/h, by pressing the (+) or (-) Speed button.
To change the mode shown on the display and see other functions, press the Mode button and the functions are indicated with a light that appears on the display (speed, time, distance and calories). The scan function changes automatically every 5 seconds and shows all the information about speed, time, distance and calories without having to press any function keys.
