The surface of the glass base is absolutely cut-resistant and scratch-resistant, so that the cake can be cut and served directly on it. The excellent heat conduction ensures an even tan all around. The excellent non-stick properties of the two-tone coated spring ring make it easy to remove from the mold, and the mold is heat-resistant up to +230° C. After use, the glass bottom can be put in the dishwasher, the gray-black ring can be easily cleaned by hand. Dr. Oetker grants a 5-year quality guarantee on the premium “Made in Germany” baking tray.
