The hinged mould from Dr. The Oetker “Tradition” range (Ø approx. 26 cm, height approx. 6.5 cm) with flat bottom Tubular impresses with its special non-stick coating, thanks to which even the finest dough can be removed from the mold in the blink of an eye. Optimal heat conduction ensures uniform browning and cooking results. The filling volume of the dough is about 2550 ml for the flat base and about 2400 ml for the tubular base. The fine black plate is resistant to temperatures up to +230° C and can be easily cleaned by hand after use. Dr. Oetker grants a 5-year quality guarantee on this high-quality hinged pan 'Made in Germany'.
