Made from "moscato" aromatic quality grape juice. This sparkling wine aims to achieve the best balance between the varietal characteristics of the grape, the fruity aromas and the pleasantness of the sugary residue.
Confezione: 3 bottiglie da 0,75 lt Tecnica di presa di spuma: il mosto viene fatto fermentare a bassissima temperatura per mezzo di lieviti capaci di produrre caratteristiche fruttate e nel contempo accentuare gli aromi tipici della varietà dell’uva. Affinamento: necessita soltanto di una piccola sosta che permetta di armonizzare i profumi e gli aromi di cui è ricco. Aspetto: spuma e grana sottile ed evanescente, cristallino con perlage sottile, colore giallo paglierino. Profumo: delicato e persistente aroma di moscato con note fruttate. Sapore: vivace, dolce ma non insistente, gradevole per l’equilibrata unione delle sue caratteristiche. Gradazione: 7% e comunque non superiore a 10°C. Temperatura di servizio: 8 - 10°C. Abbinamenti gastronomici: perfetto per ogni tipo di dessert, anche con il gelato e la macedonia di frutta.
