We are producers of sparkling wine since 1982 thanks to the construction of a plant, the first in the Chianti Classico area. Dry sparkling wine, lively, balanced, with a refined structure, evanescent foam, produced by a persistent perlage and straw-yellow color with glaucous reflections created by minute bubbles.
Confezione: 3 bottiglie da 0,75 lt Tecnica di presa di spuma: lenta e costante fermentazione a bassa temperatura ad opera di un ceppo di lieviti da noi prodotto, lunga permanenza sulle fecce, messe periodicamente in sospensione con opportune agitazioni Affinamento: mantenuto in bottiglia per un periodo non inferiore a sei mesi, in locali condizionati. Aspetto: spuma evanescente, prodotta dal persistente perlage, colore giallo paglierino con riflessi glauchi creati dalle minutissime bollicine. Profumo: composito, elegante, fruttato, con spiccato sentore di crosta di pane. Sapore: secco, vivo, equilibrato, con struttura raffinata. Gradazione: 12,5% vol. Temperatura di servizio: 6 - 10°C. Abbinamenti gastronomici: delizioso vino da aperitivo, ottimo con tutti i piatti a base di pesce e con i formaggi.
