Produced in the historic territory of Montepulciano (Siena), at an altitude of about 250 m above sea level. Fruity, young, fresh and slightly tannic wine with a brilliant ruby color.
Confezione: 3 bottiglie da 0,75 lt Terreni: in esposizione prevalente meridionale composti da un substrato alluvionale sabbioso e ben drenato a reazione moderatamente alcalinaUve: Da vitigni Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile) minimo 70% più Canaiolo ed altre varietà autorizzate fino al 30%. Tecnica di vinificazione: macerazione delle bucce di 10/12 giorni a temperature tra i 25 e 30°C. Affinamento: completata la fermentazione malolattica a fine primavera viene imbottigliato. Colore: rubino brillante.Profumo: intensamente vinoso che ricorda la ciliegia, la fragola. Sapore: fruttato, giovane, fresco e leggermente tannico. Gradazione: 13,5% vol.Temperatura di servizio: 17-19°C. Abbinamenti gastronomici: salumi, carni bianche, formaggi freschi.
