Produced in the oldest production area, as the rule states that the rule, this area gave its name to the wine and is the only one where Chianti Classico is produced. It stretches between Florence and Siena in an area of poignant beauty, made up of villages perched on top of olive groves cultivated in steep fields with an irregular outline and cypress trees lined up to delimit the countless white roads.
Confezione: 3 bottiglie da 0,75 lt Uve: Da vitigni Sangiovese minimo 80%; Canaiolo ed altre varietà a bacca rossa fino al 20%. Tecnica di vinificazione: macerazione delle vinacce nel mosto con controllo della temperatura di fermentazione.Invecchiamento: sosta per 4/6 mesi in botti di rovere, stoccaggio poi in recipienti di acciaio o cemento vetrificato, per passare infine in bottiglia. Affinamento: imbottigliato nel secondo anno di produzione resta in cantina ancora 4/6 mesi.Colore: rosso rubino tendente al granato con l'invecchiamento. Profumo: netto, intensamente vinoso, sentore di fiori in particolare di mammola. Sapore: vellutato, sapido, rotondo, di buon corpo e buona struttura. Gradazione: 13% vol. Temperatura di servizio: 18-20°C. Abbinamenti gastronomici: grigliate miste, carni rosse e selvaggina.
