Characteristics and Roasting Method:
The roasting of this mixture is particularly well taken care of, the process predicts a temperature above 200 degrees for a cooking time of about 20 minutes. Roasting burns the bean and then roasting it for the entire duration while maintaining its taste unchanged and without compromising the caffeine inside it. A more “pushed” roasting than usual for a more intense blend, with a darker and more fragrant cream.
