For this cookie, we used a flour consisting of a mix of cereals, such as spelt, oats, barley, wheat buckwheat and corn. This flour strictly ground into stone, combined with chocolate chips and pear jam for a sweet note that gives the biscuit unique nutritional properties and absolute value in addition to a firm taste. This is how a greedy cookie but at the same time extremely healthy, excellent soaked or paired with a good low-fat yogurt.

BUSIES Buckwheat, yoghurt and berries - 2 bags of 300 gr
This antique wheat gives the flour important characteristics, it is rich in fiber, vitamins and salts minerals such as zinc, selenium and magnesium; it also has a high antioxidant power. The combination with berries and yoghurt was born because this type of flour has a very strong taste and therefore it was necessary to rebalance everything to give the product a pleasant taste. The result is a very balanced cookie. Perfect when paired with yogurt or soaked in milk, also good on its own for a snack break.

Spelt flour is rich in protein and B vitamins, contains a large amount of fiber and mineral salts, ground into stone, also, it does not affect the organoleptic properties of wheat. We decided to match the apple because it is a fruit particularly rich in vitamins and goes very well with the taste of spelt.
Very delicate biscuit, suitable for soaking both in tea and milk, very good also on its own as a snack break.
