This ancient wheat gives the flour important characteristics, it is rich in fiber, vitamins and mineral salts such as zinc, selenium and magnesium; it also has a high antioxidant power. The combination with berries and yoghurt was born because this type of flour has a very strong taste and therefore it was necessary to rebalance everything to give the product a pleasant taste. The result is a very balanced cookie. Perfect when paired with yogurt or soaked in milk, also good on its own for a snack break.

of 300 gr Ingredients: wheat flour, raw beet sugar, e.v.o oil (12%), egg mix, buckwheat flour 8.7%, berries jam 5.1% (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, gelling agent: fruit pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid), yogurt 4.1% (whole milk), egg white, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate, starch Wheat, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate), salt, natural aroma. May contain traces of: soy, nuts, sesame and eggs.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of packaging.
